Abstract Submission

Abstracts for posters and oral presentations should use the FOMO 2016 LaTeX template. You can also download an abstract example in pdf.

Please submit the tex version of your abstract here.

The contributed oral presentations will be selected from the abstracts by late June. (The deadline for the abstract submission is extended to May 16th 2016)

Scholarships

A few scholarships will be available to exceptional students covering all local expenses. Applicants for scholarships apply at the time of registration.

Registration Fees and Accommodation

Registration will open from march 15th 2016. Conference registration fees will be (prices in Euro, including VAT):

• Student (School) : fee includes conference material, accommodation on site (shared room, reservation included in the registration process), food and banquet

• Student (Conference) : fee includes conference material, accommodation on site (shared room, reservation included in the registration process), food, trip and banquet

• Attendee (Conference) : fee includes conference material, food, trip and banquet. Accommodation has to be booked separately. Rooms are available at conference hotel (Hotel Les bains d’Arguin) at negociated prices: 191E/night in single room and 106E/night in double room (including breakfast). Rooms should be booked directly at Hotel Les bains d’Arguin with the "FOMO" reservation code (reservations@hotel-bainsdarguin.com, tel: +33557720672)

NB: The school is open to young researchers. Registration can be done chosing the "student" profile (1) in the registration system (same fees apply).
