Abstract Submission (only for electronic version)

Abstracts for posters and oral presentations should use our LaTeX template and emailed to abstractmatterwaveoptics.eu. The oral presentations will be selected from the abstracts by late March. (The deadline for the abstract submission for the abstract booklet was 14th of March.)

Scholarships

A few scholarships will be available to exceptional students covering all local expenses. Applicants for scholarships should register for the conference first and then send a letter of motivation to scholarshipmatterwaveoptics.eu. Arrangements should be made for two letters of reference to be sent directly to the same address.

Registration Fees and Accommodation

The normal registration fee is 350EU. The student fee is 250EU. The hotel accommodation at half board costs 135EU in a single room and 75EU per night in a shared double room.

Excursion and Conference Dinner

We will offer an excursion on Friday afternoon to the Knossos archaeological site (A Minoan palace complex of over 1000 interlocking rooms dating back to 1700 BC). We also plan to visit the archaeological museum of Heraklion, one of the finest prehistoric museums of the world. After this a Conference dinner will be held with Cretan music and dances. The excursion will cost 30EU the dinner 50EU.
